My order showed up in a plain box with nothing awkward or obvious on it, which I appreciated. Stuff inside was packed well and nothing was smashed or leaking. Felt private and simple, exactly what I wanted. That’s it

I had a question about my order and figured I’d be stuck waiting around or, worst case, end up going back and forth over email and losing time. But they got back to me quickly, and the response actually sounded like a real person, not some generic copy-paste reply. I started using HealthWarehouse because stopping at the pharmacy after work was turning into one of those chores I always dreaded. The site is simple enough, and I usually place my order whenever I suddenly remember, even if it’s late at night and I’m in pajamas with the kitchen light on.
Now my meds just show up at my door, and I’m not spending lunch breaks standing in line behind someone buying one oddly specific thing, like a single can of sardines and cough drops. It’s just been really convenient for me.

My order showed up exactly as it should, and honestly, this was the big thing, they had the meds I couldn’t find at my local pharmacy. Checkout was easy, no weird mixups or anything. I’d use healthwarehouse.com again

"Decent service, but refill updates could be better"
My prescription went through without any issues, so that part was fine. The prices are decent too, which I appreciate. That said, refills sometimes take longer than I’d expect, and it’s a little frustrating when the updates aren’t very quick or clear. Not a terrible experience by any means, but I do wish the communication was better

But it was actually simple. They took my insurance info without any issues, and when I needed a receipt for reimbursement, it was easy to find and use. I had one question along the way, and support got back to me without making it feel like a big ordeal.
It wasn’t some flashy experience or anything, but it worked exactly how I needed it to. For something like medication and insurance, that made me happy!!

I appreciated that they were upfront about generic substitutions before I got too far into the order. I’m always a little skeptical with pharmacy sites because customer service can be hit or miss if something goes wrong, so it was nice not having to dig around or ask someone to explain why the bottle might have a different medicine name on it.
The prices were easy to compare too, and I didn’t get the feeling they were hiding anything. It was just straightforward information without a bunch of guessing, which made the whole thing feel less stressful

I left annoyed. The pharmacist rushed through everything like I was bothering them, and when I asked questions, the answers were vague and not helpful at all. I expected basic counseling at least, but they made it feel like my fault for needing clarification.

"Clear policy, didn’t have to guess"
I liked that their controlled substance policy was actually easy to find and not buried in a bunch of tiny text. I think I checked it sometime last month, or maybe the month before, but either way it spelled out what they can and can’t fill, what info they need, and why certain orders might get canceled.
It saved me from wasting time trying to guess how it all worked. I had one question and the page pretty much answered it right away. Simple, clear, no runaround. 5 stars from me.
